Shocking service

My parcel tracking has been saying out for delivery for 5 days now, not sure where the driver is driving from but my goodness its taken longer to get to me in JHB than it took to get here fom abroad. Trying to contact buffalo is completely useldess as yopu gey put on hold for 30min with no one answewring or you get to chat to a robot that just refers you to back to website and gives you same information over and over again, when request to actually talk to a humn being you just get message that agent will be with you soon, well i now in on 36 hours on the chat line with absolutely no response
