SHOCKING NON EXISTANT(SERVICE) FROM BUFFALO COURIERS

I feel I can NOT ever rate this company with one start. They are unprofessional and lack integrity. They do not collect parcels, deliver late and indicate the most ridiculous reasons for this poor service when trying to track a parcel. Shein should definitely consider alternative couriers for the South African market or risk serious loss of sales and customers. Would NOT recommend ordering from Shein unless you're a gambler and are happy to throw money away, as your chance of receiving your parcel or heaven forbid returning any items in UNLIKELY to happen. Cleverly and Slyly the directors or managers are nowhere to be found and hence contacted!!!
