Shocking Communication

This service is totally shocking, we have tried to communicate in order to receive my SHEIN order. We have personally gone to distribution centers with the aim to try and collect my order but the premises has moved and their contact numbers do not exist. I have sent numerous emails, Whatsapp messages and phone calls all have gone unanswered or have been referred back to the website which does not help at all and is not solving my problem at hand. They have apparently tried twice to deliver my package but no one has even sent me a message to say that my package is out for delivery. No communication from them at all!
