SHOCKING AND USELESS

I cannot believe how utterly shocking your services are. Not only do you not deliver parcels on time, you do not collect returned items on time either. I logged a return for Shein on 27 April in which case it said it would be collected in 2 days, it is still here a month to the day later. I have called your centre who have escalated it twice and still no collection. Your call centre also keeps cutting off my calls when I am through to an agent so that I have to call again and wait in the queue. You guys are utterly useless.
