So I ordered from Shein the 1st time in Aug 2024, I paid the costums taxes double to buffalo Logistics and i do have proof of payment of my transactions. A couple of days ago, I order again and this morning I received an email from Buffalo stating that I have to pay again the taxes, I don't have a problem paying the taxes, my question is or was, what about the money that's there of my last order. So Thobile and Ka,ogelo insist for a BUF nr while i explain to them that i lost all my data, eg, previous emails, SMS's and WhatsApp's and i ask both of them if the cant trace it with my cell number or email address, Guess what, both this ladies told me, The managers is not available, and I need to contact Shein for my tracking number. All I ever want is to deduct my money that's there already and send me a new amount that's payable so that i can pay Buffalo. These 2 ladies had such stinky attitude, I hope and Pray Shein can deliver their stuff through another courier company. Attitude of the employees stink. Not helpful at all. Give Buffalo a rating of 0.5
