Shien parcel by Buffalo logistics

This logistics service is pathetic and very stressful, it can even lead you to depression when you think of the money that you spent on paying the duties and your parcels.

It started firstly when my address was captured incorrectly, I called for the 3rd time trying to correct it and they said they will escalate the matter but when i called again that mistake wasn't fixed as yet.

They kept on updating the status and saying "Failed to deliver parcel. Reason: CLIENT NOT AT ADDRESS... I'm always at home, they didn't even try to contact me... I keep on calling them, they do not answer their phones. It's been over a month waiting for my parcel, I ordered things for a specific day that day has long passed and still nothing from them no contact no anything.
