Shein *****s clothes when u send it back for exchange

I have had the worst possible experience with Shein after supporting them for so long!!! I bought over R3500 worth of clothes. Received them in March. A lot of the items was too big so I arranged a pick up to exchange. Skynet courier came to pick up the items. And until Now Shein has not send me back my exchanged items. They some how lost it or never received it. I have sent over 25 mails amd all they say is I have to wait. Why will I do all this follow ups if I still had the clothes in my possession. The parcel is either with Buffalo or with Shein.

Ive sent numerous photos and proof of the parcel and items I sent back for a exchange to another size but its like they choose to ignore me

I will never buy from Shein again and will move my business to Temu!
