Shein Return Order

Buffalo was supposed to pick up my returned items that I bought at Shein, early December, I waited for them the whole of December, they cancelled the delivery on the system and in January Skynet came to pickup the parcel and said they work under Buffalo. buffalo never revised their tracking system to reflect where the parcel is so that I can get my refund from Shein. I made several calls but no one seems to be able to help me with this, their WhatsApp system is not helpful either.
