Shein please use a different courier

There service is so bad. I believe they only have business because of Shein. I hate that I have to go through them, their customer service is almost nonexistence. I tried calling the number shein suggested was theirs because my package tracking just displayed the same place for three days with no changes. The customs tax was paid, so I didnt understand. I called the number to be lead no where, then I whatsapped their whatsapp number to be ghosted after the first two automated messages that ask what my query is regarding. I then tried to call another number on the website, not the one that shein provided just to be told that I will just have to wait for my parcel to come next week and that I should of paid tax earlier as if it is in my hands when I get the email/sms. I paid a few hours after receiving the message, days did not pass. I work in courier as well and I know especially to keep a customer happy there are ways to try sped up the process. They just weren't bothered even though its been over two weeks and I clicked that emergency button on Shein.
