SHEIN parcel detained

Good day

I have a SHEIN parcel with was supposed to be delivered. Buffalo logistics have received my parcel and detained it from the 18th of March 2026. I have called several times to ask when is my parcel going to be delivered. They told me they do not know as there influx parcel that need to assessed. I sent an email and no one seem to be bothered to answer me from the 8 of April to date. The consultants are not helpful and they are very rude too. I was advice to contact SHEIN to ask for a refund by the consultant and I do not want to return my parcel I just need it to be delivered.
