Shein package delayed using BUFFALO LOGISTICS

I have ordered from Shein my order is being handled by BUFFALO LOGISTICS all the number that are provided on the system are not being picked up.

Today is day 20 without receiving my order I have graduation in 4 days period my whole outfit is there this is frustrating and a BAD customer service, I see on the app that ITT is the third party I paid my customs 14 days ago but still waiting for my package.
