Shein order shipped with Buffalo.

Called them, emailed them and even sent them a WhatsApp. No service at all. My package is late by 2 weeks. Their collection services are closed and now prioritizing parcels scheduled for collection to deliver those first. How can they deliver those and not parcels that have been waiting for more than 2 weeks? I payed for their service and no service has been delivered. Very disappointed, and will never order again.
