Shein order not delivered

Baffalo’s customer service is very bad. Last week I received an sms from them saying that they cannot accurately locate my address,I immediately rectified that by changing my address .Yesterday I was told that my parcel from shein will be delivered but it never got delivered, their reason was that they couldn’t find my location. The courier guy didn’t even try to reach out to me , hence I even doubt that my order was out for delivery. Baffalo doesn’t even respond to calls or emails. They never fail to send u an email saying that they have returned your parcel but they fail to respond to cutsomer’s emails and calls. I’m very frustrated as I urgently need that parcel for my small business. Please help me get my parcel. Yesterday someone gave me an email of someone who works at baffalo, I sent the guy an email and he called me with the very same number that I always try to reach out on but always get mized and his only concern was where did I get his personal email not helping me track my parcel.
