Shein order and dilivery by Buffulo

I ordered from SHEIN on the 10th of April and on the 15 of April I received a message from Shein saying my order is for delivery by Buffalo logistics but until today I have not received anything. I have sent numerous emails but with no response . Its frustrating because when I track my parcel it reflects as a parcel not recieved
