Shein order

I placed an order from shein on the 19th of February 2024 and I was informed my order will take 9 to 13 days, 13 days passed by I didn't receive any order until I complained at Buffalo that's when they called me using WhatsApp I didn't even see that call and they said they were trying to deliver

I called them and to enquire about my order and they told me the are returning my order to warehouse that took about 1 week I emailef again asking when will get my order they told me on that day the status when I track my order changed to delivered and signed I was so irate coz I didn't receive any call or message informing about delivery the worse part is that the address that I used is for my work place they don't receive parcels on our behalf.

I called again explaining to them that there's no way they delivered my order if I was not the one who received then the tracking status change from delivered to failed to deliver

I have been calling them since until my phone is not been answered I have been emailing them they don't respond I don't know what to do anymore
