Shein order

Your services is very poor I've been standing at police station for over an hour waiting as if I didn't pay so wish shein would consider other options so we could get our orders in time. Communication would be much appreciated if there is delay or changes because we paying for those services. Now they telling me to come fetch my order without even getting back to me and explaining the issue
