Shein order

I ordered on the 3rd of April and I haven't received my parcel as yet and on shein website the information about the parcel is not being updated and its frustrating now because I have been waiting for my parcel and last update was that it was picked up a third party and since then no updates . It's frustrating because I don't even know where my parcel is at.
