SHEIN, ITT, BUFFALO, POOR SERVICE

I place an order from Shein on the 2nd April and then paid the tax on the 9th April on the 13th they said my order is out for delivery next thing I check my order later the day it said "order not received by ITT," called ITT today they keep on transfering the call to a line they know it won't be picked up, what a poor service from these companies this, I've decided that I won't buy from SHEIN again I urgently need my order as in tomorrow.
