Shein is letting us down by using Buffallo Logistics, they’re pathetic.

The service rendered by this company is shockingly poor and when you call (after holding for 30 min) the staff have attitudes for days. I ordered from shein and my parcel was at customs within a week, then this company had to deliver. I’ve been waiting for four weeks now (customs was paid in the first week already) and I received an sms saying my parcel would be delivered in 48 hours 4 days ago but i’m still waiting. Pathetic does not even to describe this company.
