SHEIN Fruugo Buffalo Logistics FAIL THEIR HONEST CUSTOMERS

I am waiting for an order from SHEIN. I am concerned I will not revive my parcel and I will be expected to incur further unforeseen costs. I have paid via an sms the import taxes and have had little communication from Bufflao logistics ever since. I currently stand hopeful and reassured my parcel is on its way to me and then online when I track the order, it appears to be delayed again. If I simply want to cancel the order and demand a refund, will that even happen I wonder? These online stores that are based in countries outside of South Africa (namely SHEIN in China and Fruugo in the UK) that use local logistics companies are totally ineffective and over promise on their services. Fruugo cancelled an order of mine because an address label was damaged! They never notified me or sought a solution, they simply emailed me saying I was due for a refund!! I’ll be supporting local retailers and industry from now on who are reliable, trustworthy and honest.
