SHEIN delivery company Buffalo Internationa Logistics useless!

I have called all the numbers given on their to find that the local number is no longer in use and their WhatsApp number is too full to take calls!! They have a parcel for me from Shein. I do not have a tracking number and every email or mobile device questionaires asks for your tracking number!! How can an organisation like this, have absolutely now way of communcating with their customers!! I am bitterly disappointed as I like to buy Shein products. This will certainly tarnish the SHEIN brand.
