Shein & Buffalo Logistics

I have ordered a few ordera from Shein, all the Customs charges have been good, up until now on an order of R1500 I had to pay over R500 for customs. I have sent numerous messages to their whatsapp numbers supp****. I have been told that I have to pay that amount to get my parcel I agree with a pervious review I read.... something is very wrong.
