SHEIN / Buffalo International Logistics

It's been 1 month and 5 days since I placed my order at SHEIN and I have still not received my package. I've called Buffalo Logistics numerous times requesting my package or for my money to be refunded. Every time I get through to an agent I was told it has been escalated and I have to wait. A week ago I received a call from the courier saying that they have my package but there is no driver to drop off in my area. Its been a week since I received the call and I still do not have my package. I'd really like to know where my parcel is or I'd really like money refunded.
