Shein and buffalo's service is pure ****

I dont even know how to feel anymore Cause my kids was without Christmas clothes and new year clothes And all that buffalo is doing Is making empty promise And funniest part is I dont want to cancel my order Im waiting since the 22 Nov 2023 Until today 3th of jan 2024 For this 24 working days am i hearing the same story every day But a guy in buffalo told me the honest truth he said mam Doesnt matter how many time's we gonna change your address and cell no The people from the company Dpd laser logistics is gonna say wrong address Funniest part is They know what the courier company is doing But they keep on using them A lady called Dikeledi from buffalo promised me They will use they own drivers since Dpd is taking long to deliver my parcel Mxm still the same And when i call the people from DpD then they are telling me they have to send my parcel back to buffalo The last update was on the 20th December.

Im really hopeless now

It almost 2 months now

But i blame shein Look at the reviews Yet they still use buffalo

Mxm never in my life again
