Shein and Buffalo logistics' poor service

I ordered my package the beginning of November and paid the import tax the 10 Novemner 2024. It is 26 November 2024 today and still my order hasn't been shipped. They first said that my order is expected to go out before 23 November 2024 and they changed the date when the day approached to 28 November and they expect it to be fine. I am not getting any updates or assistance. They just tell me to be patient. I order regularly from Shein and they are losing a loyal customer.
