Shein and Buffalo logistics incompetence

Hi , I’m writing a review once again about the incompetence and lack of communication from Buffalo logistics. I wrote a review a week or 2 earlier complaining about how I’ve paid for tax and customs ,tried multiple times to upload the proof of payment on the payment website which keeps on stating I didn’t pay for .Buffalo logistics rep**** to me apologizing about this issue ,asking for my tracking number. I thought after that this matter would be resolved but no there’s still no improvement,I’m asked to pay the same amount I paid for tax and customs. I refuse to pay double amount to recieve what I ordered. I’d like to cancel my order and get a refund from Shein because this is absolutely ridiculous. I’ve waited for almost 2 months. And their WhatsApp doesn’t work as well. Horrible
