Shein and Buffalo logistics I'm not happy with your service

I placed an Order with Shein on the 11th of December 2022, the estimated delivery from Shein was between the 26 and 28 of December 2022. I'm so upset because even today I haven't received my order and I needed the clothes for my kids for today and tomorrow for new years. When I track my order on Shein website it shows Buffalo in JHB has received my parcel on the 23rd of Dec 2022. Why they haven't delivered to me till this day, I have no idea. When you call their customer service number ***, all it does it rings nobody answers, I have been calling for days now. It is very disappointing that we paid in full and this is the service I have to get. My order number is BUFZA***YQ. I really need my clothes for this weekend and I have been waiting for too long and I'm not getting much responds from Buffalo.
