SERVICES HAVE GONE BELOW STANDARD AND KEEP DROPPING.
I have been trying to get hold of them since last week. I have paid my VAT & TAX on my order but keep on getting calls to say I must still pay. I have uploaded proof of payment, yet they continue to ignore me. Why is it that anything to do with South Africa logistics becomes a complete shambles? You guys have gone down with a speed, I will be ending my shopping with any company that has anything to do with Buffalo Logistics. No feedback, no getting through, no answer from human chats, even though names of operators appear in chat, nothing happens. No email gets answered. STINKY SOUTH AFRICAN SERVICE ONCE AGAIN!!! Bye Bye TEMU...bye bye SHEIN...........bad order delivery!!!

You can try phoning them, you can try using their app, you can try the WhastApp number they give, it all leads to NO RESPONSE. Who is BIL anyway, not a human person it is an abbreviation for your company BIL

I have paid for the taxes? Why do you keep on sending messages to say that I have not paid. I have even sent proof of payment to no avail.
