Service that is worse than awful

I was requested to pay import duties and given many payment choices, including using my credit card. After paying and emailing them the payment reference number, which they had already cleared from my account. I receive payment reminders and spend hours waiting to speak with customer support, who is also uninterested in aiding. Sending an email is also ineffective. It appears that I will not receive my package or the money that was taken from me.
