Service is getting bad

I requested a Return on my Shein order . The Shein website states that the items will be collected within. 4 business days-no one has collected the package from me. I tried calling buffalo and I sent WhatsApp texts which remain unanswered. Excuse me, but this is bad service as I need the clothing items for an event! ! I’m frustrated
