Service is bad for deliveries, too inconvenient

The Buffalo couriers has too much inconvenience , my parcel was supposed to be delivered on Monday they delayed it and they came back with the story that the parcel will be delivered the next day which is Tuesday because they gave the parcel to a wrong driver, got the number of the next driver the following day who was supposed to make the delivery and he said he has no such parcel in his deliveries he will check to the DC and he checked he said he couldn't get the order then I told him the Buffalo tracking status says the order is out for delivery how is that possible, now that I stood up for my order they ended up getting it and promised to deliver it as soon as possible but nothing. The drivers were kept on changing and the parcel was also moving from one driver to another all of them were promising to give it out as soon as possible it took me 4 days to get my delivery while the delivery status was "out for delivery" for 4 days .The delivery was supposed to be delivered on Monday but I got it on Friday because I was too concerned and kept on calling them before it arrived to me. Buffalo service sucks and poor.
