<div>I’m so disappointed with this company. I’ve called several times to ask for my parcel, and no one has called to write back to me. I needed my parcel urgently and to my surprise I woke up to an email saying I asked to reschedule my delivery, no one called or emailed or even an sms to say my delivery is on its way. It’s really disgusting to receive such service. Their call centre it’s even worse , I spoke to 2 ladies today( Nokubonga and Kgomotso who kept on saying they will escalate the matter, and nothing was done after that.This company does not even deserve a 1 star rating, it should be zero star rating 🚮</div>
