Service from the delivery guy

The delivery guy called me to say he is at the gate, told him I am not home and he started swearing at me stating if I don’t get someone that can receive my parcel he will return it. I was so shocked at how he handled me as a customer 😭😭😭😭😭😭 I’m amazed by how they treat customers and this was my second experience, even the first one wasn’t so pleasant. Disgusting 🤮
