What a horrible experience with this company. I am a 1st time buyer on Shein and my App shows that Buffalo will be delivering between the ***, my parcel has not delivered and there has been no communication regarding a delayed delivery. My order was supposed to be a gift, however, due to Buffalo’s incompetence I did not deliver the gift on time. I have called in and was advised that it will be escalated but till now I have not received any communication nor a call. I have heard my colleagues complaining about Buffalo but I did not think I would experience such bad service. No one can give me a straight answer as to when my parcel will be delivered.
