Service delivery failure- Buffalo international logistics

Placed an order on Shein, Buffalo Logistics received my package from Shein on 20th December 2022, the estimated delivery date was the 3rd Jan 2023. Till date I have not received my package and there was a message update saying that it is returned to the warehouse due to delivery failure. Which no one came and delivered the package there was always someone in the house from 20th Dec 2022. I tried calling them and was put on a waiting list at number 39 to get to the bottom at 1 to have an automated response saying their mailbox is too full and is unable to take my call. This is ridiculous and ***********. I do not recommend this courier services.
