I contacted the customer service on 02/11/2023 enquiring about ETA on my parcel, and was advised that it will be delivered on 06/11/2023 which was Monday. i then requested to collect the parcel since i couldn't wait for Monday and the lady i spoke to advised that it would not be possible as they do not allow customers to collect. on 04/11/2023 which was on Saturday i got a call from the driver telling me they tried to deliver and i was not there, i then explained that the delivery address provided is for work and we not work on weekends. i was surprised because the lady i spoke to over the phone advised that ETA will be Monday 06/11/2023. i then requested for the delivery to be rescheduled for Monday and the driver said they can only deliver on Tuesday 07/11/2023 which is TODAY!!! but they still haven't delivered. i called the customer service and they told me that i requested for the delivery to be rescheduled to 08/11/2023. I DID NOT REQUEST FOR MY STUFF TO BE DELIVERED ON WEDNESDAY, WHAT IS WRONG WITH YOU BUFFALLO, I WANT MY STUFF PLSSSSSS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
