Second delivery attempt for my parcel not made

I was supposed tp receive my parcel on the 6th but due to that my was off the delivery person returned back with my parcel and the reason for the return written was “incorrect tel” of which is false because the number is correct. I tried to email them and they responded and said i will get my parcel for the second delivery attempt on the 7th still i didn’t receive it, I waited on the 8th still no update. I am very disappointed.
