Buffalo Logistic Ltd Co. are a bunch of ********. None of their customer service lines are responsive. they sent a notification that my package has been sent out for delivery on Friday, 09 December 2022. It a full week later and my package has been sent back to Sandton! They don't respond to emails, they don't answer their phone lines and they don't respond on the stupid whatsapp line. I paid a lot of money for my package and I will be reporting them to the consumer protection act
