My order is delayed because of your administrative incompetency. I received two links with different amount to pay for customs. A consultant said i must ignore the second one because its spam. A week later im getting the same link to pay again or my order wont be released . So who isn't doing their job. Your lines aren't working. You don't reply to emails or WA messages . I am so frustrated . I am travelling this week and i dont have my package . Your service is terrible .
