Buffalo Services are very poor. We ordered a package through Shane last year 2023 as a gift to our daughter for her wedding day in December. Todate the package hasn’t been delivered. Their call centre agents are very rude and unprofessional. We have been calling everyday since December, spoke to more than 20 agents without luck.
