Rude, unresponsive and ********.

Buffalo logistics is one of the worst freight company around. Not only do they send you a tax duty for you to pay that does not add up but they are completely unresponsive on their consultant platforms. 4 days of no replies on their business whatsapp, and when i finally got through to a consultant over the phone she put the phone down on me without even sorting out the problem I had or providing me with further solutions. I don’t expect how a company must make you pay an amount when the receipt does not add up. ********.
