RUDE, UNPROFESSIONAL, ARROGANT DRIVER

Good morning

I'm very disappointing your driver was very rude, he went pass my located delivery address, I tried meeting him by the road, he also drove off and told me to follow him in town which is 6km from my location, he was very rude in apologetic or he didn't show any remorse. He said he don't care, I can complain if I like, I asked him for the office number he gave the un existing number, I took my parcel trying to call the number but was not working at all.

This is not acceptable at all.
