Rude Kedibone

I am so disappointed after getting a message from a Kedibone who told me to cancel my request for a refund from Temu and re do it since the people who collected the parcel didn't do the right. I asked the lady to do it in writing and she threatened to return my parcel as she is too busy. What's sad is a lot of ****s are. Happening and this lady wants to do as she pleases.
