Rude driver/ delivery guy

I had my delivery today and unfortunately i was not feeling well. The driver called via whatsapp and i told him to deliver to my workmate. He just dropped the phone. I then went to whatsapp to tell him the company name and my colleague’s name. He just said mxm. How can he be this mean as if he knows me. Honestly i was not happy. Your drivers should do better
