Rude driver

bad experience with this company, why does shein even use it or rather what kind of employees that behave so un professional? Bens Robert Ndlovu fails basic communication etiquette, had issues with him two days in a row, i simply told him to tell me when his close, he doesn't communicate he then claims to have came, his very rude, extremely rude, im very disappointed with the company as a whole
