Rude delivery guy

The worst service I have ever received from a courier company. The delivery guy is Tumelo. I had missed his call because obviously I am currently at work, however my helper and husband are there in the house. The instructions on the gate is that he was just to press the unit number which is on the address provided. He is sooo rude, he literally told me i am annoying when I am trying to rearrange for my parcel to be delivered. Buffalo better do something with this guy, quick too. And he kept on hanging up saying he doesn’t know what will happen to my parcel
