Rude call centre agents

Worst call centre agents: I spoke to Palesa and Ayanda. Ayanda promised to call me back and she never did. I spoke to Palesa and she was very rude. She is even told me she cannot keep on talking to me for more than 2 minutes. She decided to keep quiet on the call and then hang up. Such unprofessional service. We should be able to rate these calls.
