Rude - bully behavior and poor customer service from Buffalo Logistics Spartan

I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the service I encountered at your warehouse recently. On 22 March, Friday, I visited Buffalo Logistics facility in Spartan to enquire about my delayed SHEIN order, along with several other customers who were facing similar issues.

Unfortunately, the interaction with your manager (a petite, tiny, light skinned, black hair woman) left me appalled. Her behaviour was unprofessional, rude, and completely unacceptable for someone in a customer service position.

She was so rude; she spoke anyhow as if customers were wrong and yet they were at the wrong due to the overwhelming 200k orders they received from TEMU since TEMU was running Easter specials. Even as I write my complaint, my order hasn't been closed yet, indicating that they are having trouble keeping up with the demand.

I watched her leaving the other two ladies and claiming she was still busy and yet attended to two men. One of those men is a white man who blocked the gate so there was no way in or out and left the entire crowd without helping them because there were humble.

She was exchanging words with customers who were trying to explain their situation. She was unbelievable; she acted as though Buffalo Logistics were her own pet store, one that she didn't give a damn about. She had the audacity to harass defenceless clients, giving the impression that she was one of those bosses who mistreats and bully their staff.

If Buffalo Logistics sees this, I urge you to take immediate action to address these issues with your unprofessional, rude manager. As customers, we expect better treatment and professionalism. It is essential for Buffalo Logistics to prioritize customer service training for all employees, especially those in managerial positions.

Furthermore, if you don't, you risk losing the partnerships from companies like SHEIN and TEMU.

Please investigate this matter thoroughly and ensure that appropriate measures are taken to prevent such incidents in the future.
