Rude buffalo driver and bad service

I'm very disappointed by buffalo logistic.last time I ordered things from temu Buffalo said they can't find my address which was correct eventual they updated there system n they delivered them at my given address there was no problem,today I'm expecting another parcel from temu, Buffalo logistic guy who has to deliver call me at 10:30am to come to the police station to pick up my parcel I tell him I'm hospitalized he can take the parcel to the given address he was so rude and even hang up on me, he even told me that he can't come to my address because it's not safe for him...my surprise is they always deliver straight to my address but today they can't I have to go to police station

I tell him everyone is at work n I'm in hospital no one can come unless he take it to my brother's work place at the mall just 4 min away from police station he says he can't it's also not safe his gonna return everything back

Is this how buffalo logistic should treat customers /clients how can one leave work n go to police station to collect parcel that had to be delivered at home we're he was gonna atleast find granny to sign for it

I'm disappointed for the second time by buffalo so now should I leave hospital while pregnant to go collect parcel at police station.. Yoh I regret using buffalo
