Rude and Mean agents

Had a very bad experience with buffalo agent she was so rude and mean as hell she's afrikaners (charnee or charmain) she is defending buffalo i paid money and the order is taking long, they don't update our Status im not happy its my first time using buffalo order took the whole 2 weeks i've been using IMILE never had a bad experience with them,
